Jiangxi Aopu Lighting Co., Ltd. was jointly established in Wuning in 2010 by Zhejiang TongKing New Energy Group and Hengdian Group Tospo Lighting Co., Ltd. It is an excellent supplier of LED straight pipes for Signify (Philips). At present, it has developed into a provider of LED lighting application solutions integrating research and development, production, sales, and service, and is an ODM manufacturer of a globally renowned brand. Our products are exported to Europe, North America, South America, Asia Pacific and other regions and countries, and we are also a strategic partner supplier for lighting giants such as Tospo, Signify (Philips), and NVC.
Company scale:The company has two major production bases with a total area of 333 acres. We currently have over 1000 employees and a leading product production line in the industry. At present, the production capacity of more than 6000 tons of glass tubes, over 100 million LED tubes, and over 6 million sets of LED panel lights has been formed annually. The company has established an engineering technology research and development center and a standardized electric light source testing laboratory, equipped with advanced testing equipment such as EMC system, spectral analysis system, ROHS detection system, etc. We have introduced, cultivated, and established a high-quality professional technical research and development team, while enhancing our innovative research and development capabilities. Qualifications and Honors:The company has successfully passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, and Level 3 certification for light industry safety standardization, as well as 11 invention patents and 21 utility model patents. Passed the annual VDA 6.3 process audit by Signify and on-site audit by VDE Rheinland Certification Company in early 2016. We passed the UL factory audit for the first time in June 2018 and the NSF factory audit for the first time in July 2018. In August 2018, TUV passed the on-site audit of PH Master uo products. Passed TUV's Amazon quality system audit at the end of March 2018, with a level of gold. In September 2021, the company passed the BSCI and ICS social responsibility audits, laying the foundation for its rapid development. Since its establishment, the company has received over 70 honors.
