Our company will provide an accurate quotation within three days. After the customer has no objection to the quotation, he can place a formal order or sample order. The unit price of the formal order is subject to the quotation, and the unit price of the sample is subject to the actual product.

2. If there is no required product in the product catalog, you can fill in the attached product demand form to provide detailed parameters of the required product. Our company will develop a new solution and then make a quotation. After no objection to the quotation, the subsequent process is as above.

1. After the customer places a sample order, our company's R&D will evaluate the sample delivery time (10-30 days) based on the required number of samples. If the customer has no objection after receiving the sample, he can place a formal order. The sample fee can be refunded if the order quantity is more than 10,000.

1. If the customer's order is our mass production plan, there is no need for trial production. After both parties sign the contract and place a formal order, the delivery date will be replied within 5 days after receiving the deposit. Usually, the delivery date is about 30 days, and holidays will be postponed accordingly. If you need a sample for shipment, please indicate the required quantity on the contract.

2. If the customer's order is a new plan for our company, pre-production trial production is required. After both parties sign the contract and place a formal order, pre-production trial production will be carried out after receiving the deposit, and the corresponding delivery time will increase by 10-15 days on the basis of 30 days.

1. After receiving the bulk goods, if the goods are damaged due to transportation or have quality problems, please contact our company within 7 days and provide videos and pictures of damaged products or quality problems. Our company can restock or refund.
